Before starting the registration process, make sure you
 

Have a registration code

If you don't have a personal code, ask for one before registering.

Have already charged the mywellness key

Make sure the mywellness key is charged. If “bAtt” appears on the display, charge the device for at least two hours.

After charging and installing the "mywellness link" software

Log on to the download page and download the software version that's right for your computer. Once the download is complete, follow the instructions to install the software.

Turn on the mywellness key and insert it in the USB port of the PC

Before starting the registration process, turn on the mywellness key and insert it in the USB port of the PC. Check "LINK" message will appear on the display of mywellness key.
