Bemerkninger med hensyn til behandling av persondata
Disse reglene og retningslinjene beskriver hvordan dine personlige data vil bli behandlet av programvareapplikasjonen "Aspiration Finder©" ("Applikasjonen") som tilhører Technogym S.p.A., et datterselskap i Italia med adresse i Via G. Perticari nr. 20 - 47035 Gambettola (FC) Italia ("Technogym"). Applikasjonen gis på lisens og er tilgjengelig på nettet på Odyssey Health Club & Spa - Old Knebworth Lane Stevenage - SG2 8DU - Herts ("Operatøren").
Applikasjonen er også tilgjengelig på nettsiden www.technogym.com ("Området") eller integrert på nettsiden til Operatøren.
Applikasjonen hjelper deg å definere målsettingene som motiverer deg til å drive fysisk aktivitet. Dette gjøres ved automatisk behandling av visse personlige data som er samlet inn, som er behandlet og lagret i databasen til Applikasjonen. Disse dataene behandles kun av Operatøren, som derfor er eieren av behandlingen som utføres. Technogym kan kun benytte dataene som er samlet inn av Applikasjonen i aggregert form for å forbedre tjenestene, i dette tilfellet vil dataene uansett være anonyme.
Siden disse punktene ikke inngår i direktivet om personvern, gjelder de ikke for Operatøren. Vi ber brukerne lese igjennom informasjonen som Operatøren etter lov må legge frem med hensyn til behandling av personlige data. Uansett ber vi deg lese nøye igjennom dette dokumentet for å forstå hvilen politikk og hvilke hensyn som ligger til grunn for Applikasjonens behandling av data.
  1. Type data som samles inn og hvilke metoder som benyttes.
    Bruken av Applikasjonen omfatter innsamling og behandling av personlig data knyttet til detaljer vedrørende personen (som navn, etternavn, e-mail adresse, telefonnummer) og data knyttet til personopplysninger som er samlet inn ved spørreskjema og som behandles automatisk. Uansett er dette informasjon som brukerne formidler frivillig og den samles ikke inn automatisk, det er kun behandlingen av dataene som skjer automatisk av Applikasjonen.
  2. Hensikter og metoder ved behandling av data.
    Alle dataene som samles inn i Applikasjonens database vil bli brukt for å identifisere brukernes målsettinger. I tillegg til å oppfylle de lovmessige kravene, må Operatøren spesifikt informere om eventuelle andre hensikter med dataene i dokumentet om behandling av persondata.
  3. Plassen hvor de personlige dataene vil bli lagret.
    Registreringen av dataene innebærer at en godtar at dataene vil bli lagret i Applikasjonens database i en server plassert i Italia, de overvåkes og kontrolleres av Technogym og/eller deres utvalgte leverandører av nettverkslagring og oppbevarende og/eller utviklende vedlikeholdstjenester. Denne databasen vil gjøres tilgjengelig for Operatøren og opprettholdes på vegne av Operatøren, som har det fulle juridiske ansvaret for behandlingen av persondataene. Husk likevel at det alltid vil være en viss risiko knyttet til overføringen av data via Internet, selv om Technogym tar alle de nødvendige sikkerhetsmessig forholdsreglene kan vi ikke garantere 100% sikring. Det vil alltid eksistere en viss risiko for den registrerte brukeren ved overføring av data på nettet. Fra det øyeblikket vi mottar dataene i vår database, vil vi bruke metoder og prosedyrer for å hindre ikke autorisert tilgang og skade.
  4. Personer eller kategorier av personer som får kjennskap til de personlige dataene eller som har tilgang til dataene som kontrollører eller som behandlere eller formidlere av dataene.
    Personlig data som har kommet inn i databasen vil være tilgjengelig for og brukt av Operatøren i overensstemmelse med målsettingene som er definerte. Operatøren på sin side kan overlate behandlingen av dataene til eget personale eller freelance personale i overensstemmelse med målsettingene som Operatøren kan fastsette.
  5. Behandlingens varighet.
    Det er Operatørens fulle ansvar å fastsette hvor lenge dataen skal oppbevares i databasen og behandles. Vær vennlig å kontrollere betingelsene med din Operatør.
